Trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of Sleazy Records, SL, whether by industrial or intellectual property, and access to the Portal shall not be understood to grant any right over such trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

All products and services on these pages that are NOT owned by Sleazy Records, SL are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are recognized as such by our company. They only appear on the Sleazy Records, SL website for promotional and information collection purposes. These owners may request the modification or removal of information that belongs to them.

3. Conditions of use of the portal

3.1. General

The User undertakes to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to Sleazy Records, SL or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of breach of this obligation.

Use of the Portal for purposes that are harmful to the assets or interests of Sleazy Records, SL or third parties, or that in any other way overload, damage or disable networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or software products and applications of Sleazy Records, SL or third parties, is expressly prohibited.

3.2. Content

The User undertakes to use the Content in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with any other terms, regulations and instructions that may be applicable in accordance with the provisions of clause 1.

By way of example, in accordance with applicable law, the User must refrain from:

  • Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Content, except as authorized by law or expressly consented to by Sleazy Records, SL or by the holder of the exploitation rights, where applicable.

3.3. Linking to the Portal

4. Disclaimer of liability

4.1. Information

Sleazy Records, SL shall not be responsible for decisions made based on the information provided on the Portal, nor for any damages suffered by the User or third parties as a result of actions based solely on the information obtained on the Portal.

4.2. Quality of service

Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of Sleazy Records, SL to monitor the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer elements.

In any case, it is the User’s responsibility to have suitable tools available for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.

Sleazy Records, SL shall not be responsible for damages caused to Users’ or third parties’ computer equipment during the provision of the Portal service.

4.3. Service availability

Access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation are not the responsibility of Sleazy Records, SL. Consequently, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible, either prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Portal service.

Sleazy Records, SL shall not be liable for damages of any kind suffered by the User resulting from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during its provision or prior to it.

4.4. Content and services linked through the Portal

In such cases, Sleazy Records, SL acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002, of 12 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), and shall only be liable for the content and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of their unlawfulness and has not deactivated the link with due diligence. If the User considers that a Linked Site contains unlawful or inappropriate content, they may notify Sleazy Records, SL in accordance with the procedure and effects set out in clause 6, without such notification implying any obligation to remove the corresponding link.

In no case should the existence of Linked Sites imply the existence of agreements with their owners or operators, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of Sleazy Records, SL with the statements, content or services provided.

Sleazy Records, SL is not aware of the content and services of the Linked Sites and therefore is not responsible for damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, lack of updates, unavailability, error or uselessness of the content and/or services of the Linked Sites, nor for any other damage not directly attributable to Sleazy Records, SL.

6. Reporting unlawful and inappropriate activities

If the User or any other Internet user becomes aware that the Linked Sites refer to pages whose content or services are unlawful, harmful, defamatory, violent or contrary to morality, they may contact Sleazy Records, SL indicating the following:

  1. Personal details of the reporting party: name, address, telephone number and email address;
  2. Description of the facts revealing the unlawful or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site;
  3. In the event of infringement of rights, such as intellectual and industrial property, the personal details of the holder of the infringed right when this person is different from the reporting party.
  4. Likewise, the reporting party must provide proof of the capacity in which the rights holder is acting and, where applicable, proof of representation to act on behalf of the rights holder when this person is different from the reporting party;
  5. Express statement that the information contained in the report is accurate.

Receipt by Sleazy Records, SL of the communication provided for in this clause shall not imply, pursuant to the LSSI, actual knowledge of the activities and/or content indicated by the reporting party.

Likewise, the reporting party must provide proof of the capacity in which the rights holder is acting and, where applicable, proof of representation to act on behalf of the rights holder when this person is different from the reporting party.

7. Notices

All notices and communications made by the parties shall be valid in accordance with legally admissible means. Those relating to this Portal shall be deemed effective, for all purposes, if made through the Portal itself.

8. Amendments

Sleazy Records, SL reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to its website without prior notice, and may change, remove or add both the content and services provided through it, as well as the manner in which they are presented.

Likewise, these terms and conditions may change at any time. The amendments will take effect from the moment they are published.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed in all respects by Spanish law. To the extent that the applicable law allows the waiver of the legally established jurisdiction, the courts of Málaga are designated as the jurisdiction for resolving any disputes, and the user expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
